While the entire concept behind OSi's approach to medical reporting is to eliminate the long and tedious process associated with traditional hardware/software installation, we do feel that it's vital for us to work closely with each customer to optimize our offerings while maximizing customer gains.

Fact-Finding
From the beginning-even before contracts are signed-OSi assigns a Project Manager to each account. We explore with you your goals and objectives. What are your turnaround time objectives? What are your cost saving targets? What are the challenges your current internal MT staff faces--backlogs, seasonal spikes in volume, growth in overall volume?

Detailed Proposal--Exploring Your Options
Based upon this exploration phase, OSi will develop a detailed proposal, that in addition to costing, typically will include suggestions on ways to leverage our technology and staff for maximum gain. Our goal is to offer you alternatives and new and inventive ways to approach your reporting workflow.

During the pre-implementation phase, OSi further analyzes your current workflow and often will participate in on-site meetings and discussions with several members of your team. We take into consideration your individual transcription workflow, HIPAA requirements, style guidelines, distribution needs, report formats, and individual physician/departmental requirements, among other things.

Implementation
Your project manager will work with your team to configure the OSi Xpress system's workflow to integrate seamlessly into your current report management design, taking into account things such as such as business entities (departments, clinics, billing groups, etc.), work types, clinician profiles, transcription priority rules, distribution parameters, user access rights, etc.

Technical Support & Training
We also work closely with your internal technical staff to set up the necessary integration with your information systems.

Additionally, your Project Manager will coordinate any training needed to familiarize staff with the management and monitoring of the OSi process.
