Clearwater, FL--Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSi), one of the nation’s top ten Medical Transcription Service Organizations, has announced the acquisition of a majority of all of the assets of Precise Medical Transcription (PMT) of New Port Richey, FL.

PMT was founded in 1987 by owner and President Tom McCarthy and initially provided transcription for a single hospital client in the Tampa Bay area.  Based upon PMT’s reputation, it grew quickly and secured contracts to transcribe for other hospitals and clinics in the Tampa Bay area.   

The acquisition of PMT allows OSi to continue its efforts to strategically position itself and increase its presence within the very important Florida healthcare market.
