The command center for the OSi Xpress Transcription Network is our own Douglasville, GA, National Operations Center which today is processing over 12 million lines of dictation per month.

Coverage is 24X7 to maintain uninterrupted uptime. All hardware and network infrastructure are regularly upgraded to the latest technology to support our growing use of speech recognition. You are able to stay current with technology without the capital investments!

OSi uses the highest level of available encryption software as well as VPN technology to insure security. Security and access policies and procedures are in place at the OSi Data Center in line with best practices.

The OSi Data Center system provides back-up redundancy with continuous monitoring to ensure 99%+ uptime and consistently high performance.

Remain HIPAA compliant while assuring the highest level of security, such as:

• Hosted within 2 fully redundant data centers
• Interfaces via redundant ISPs with automatic failover
• All internet traffic to and from the IDC is encrypted by a VPN tunnel or SSL Certificate
