Medical Benefits
OSi offers a national medical insurance PPO program including a HSA (Health Savings Account). Depending on the insurance program that works best for you, OSi covers between 50%-90% of the cost for full-time employees. New Mini Medical Program for PT and Progressive PT employees!

401(k) Plan
OSi employees are eligible and encouraged to contribute to a 401(k) plan. OSi's matching is Safe Harbor.

Paid Time Off
PTO is granted to an employee to take care of personal matters, take needed rest and vacation if OSi's work schedule permits.

AHDI Dues Reimbursement
OSi promotes continuing education for all medical transcriptionists and financially assists with reimbursement of AHDI membership dues.

Celebratory and Holiday Pay
OSi transcriptionists are eligible for holiday and celebratory pay which is additional pay above and beyond their regular line rate for work completed on selected national holidays.

Referral Rewards Program
We financially encourage all employees to refer experienced medical transcriptionists to OSi for full-time and part-time employment.

Floating Holiday Program
Each year that an employee continues his/her employment with OSi, the employee receives floating holiday hours.

Club 100
An employee who successfully meets the requirements receives a savings bond in the amount of $100.

Gold Club 100
An employee who receives more than one quality audit during a calendar year and scores 100% on all audits receives a $100 VIP Gift pass and a commemorative award.

OSi All Stars
On a monthly basis, OSi announces two employees who have met specific requirements as "OSi All Stars". Each "OSi All Star" is awarded a $50 gift certificate, a commemorative plaque and is announced in the OSi newsletter.
