The four principals/owners of OSi each have 20 years or more
experience in the medical transcription industry. Their experiences
include having owned their own companies and/or holding significant
positions in the largest companies in our industry. This combination
of experience and industry expertise enables OSi to deliver the quality,
but cost effective, documentation solutions hospitals and clinics
require in today’s healthcare environment.

Andy Renfroe, Managing Partner
Mr. Renfroe is the founder of OSi and has been in the medical transcription industry since graduating
from the University of Florida in 1982 with a degree in finance with
a heavy emphasis on computer science. In addition to being a past principal
in a large regional medical transcription company, Mr. Renfroe has held
various senior management positions in two national transcription services. |

Rowland Milam, Managing Partner
Mr. Milam has been working in the medical transcription industry
since graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1971 with
a degree in marketing. He has held several senior management positions,
including Vice President of Sales of an industry leading multinational
company. Mr. Milam has served on various regional and state vendor boards
in the medical transcription industry. |

Teresa Taylor, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Taylor began her career as a medical transcriptionist in 1977.
She has 28 years of experience in the medical transcription industry,
culminating most recently as the Director of Operations in Atlanta for
a national transcription service. In that position, Ms. Taylor successfully
led a team of 200 staff members that was organized into three teams,
running 24/7, providing superior service around-the-clock. In addition,
Ms. Taylor also owned and managed her own company for over 13 years. |

Peggy Doyle, Vice President, Employee Advocacy and Recruiting
Ms. Doyle has been in the medical transcription industry for over 20
years in both the Chicago and Florida areas. In addition, Ms. Doyle
has spent eight years working at several large acute care hospitals
in transcription management positions, giving her an excellent appreciation
of the needs of our clients. Most recently, Ms. Doyle successfully opened
OSi's first transcription operation in the fall of 1999. |

OSi Continues to Grow………
Sarasota Memorial Hospital announced this week that their outsourced transcription contract with OSi will be increased to
approximately 700,000 lines per month. Marie Stangl, Director of HIM, informed the Medical Staff of the changes of SMH’s outsourcing
of their transcription. OSi will be solely responsible for many of their work types including: Consults, Discharge Summaries,
Emergency Department Notes, and Cardiology. OSi has enjoyed a contractual relationship with SMH dating back to 2001.
Rowland Milam, President, OSi, stated that the continuation of service to SMH along with the 200% increase in lines is based on
the quality of the finished report, on time delivery and the professionalism of the entire TEAM.
